Before real estate, Chris spent years in IT. The same systems-first approach runs the business now — process, tracking, and follow-through instead of guesswork.

Investors working the full spectrum — multifamily, fix-and-flip, commercial, off-market, and land development — who need an agent fluent in cap rates and financing structure, not just square footage. And veterans and first responders, where VA financing and public-service homebuyer programs come with their own rules and timelines — a client base Chris is building deliberately, not yet from a long track record.
